Schneider supplemented the elegant stone facade with element facades, sheet metal facades, in addition to balconies, windows and doors, among other things.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>In harmony with the historical context.<\/strong> Typical London-style buildings with their bright stone facades, bay windows and cornices are located around Portugal Street and Carey Street. In line with the architects\u2019 ideas, the Lincoln Square residential project should reflect the aesthetics of its surroundings, both in terms of its facade and the materials chosen. Landscaped terraces surround the upper floors. They were shifted to the rear to make the building appear less imposing and at the same time create a clear view and ensure privacy.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>An oasis in the London city centre.<\/strong> A 6-storey elevation forms the basis in ensuring the adaptation of the individual facades to the shape, colour and texture of the surrounding buildings. An almost regal courtyard with gardens and fountains does not merely represent a wonderful oasis of tranquility, but also offers space for children to romp around and play. The lively ambience of the inner courtyard is rounded off by the elaborate &#8220;Living Surface&#8221; coating of the sheet metal facade, that was used for the first time. The main facade was structured by architects from the British town of Stanton Moor using sandstone with bay windows, perforated windows, vertical stone slats and sheet metal bands that run horizontally.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Schneider contributed towards the project\u2019s success with a variety of designs: Structural glazing at the entrance, a steel mullion facade, slat elements, sound insulation, glass and steel balustrades, high-quality wooden entrance doors made of oak, double-leaf lift and slide doors, canopies and fire protection doors.
